Welcome to the "I Tre Coni" maison, a magical place hidden in the Apulian forest of Fasano where you can spend moments of relaxation in total privacy, surrounded by nature while remaining just a few kilometers from the crystalline sea.
AN OASIS IMMERSED IN NATURE
The structure represents the typical local architecture in all its facets: large vaulted rooms, trullo roofs, hectares of countryside as a garden and thick stone walls. The holiday home consists of three bedrooms, one double and two triples, each with an en-suite bathroom equipped with every comfort. The other three rooms are occupied respectively by the large kitchen, a small living room and another multipurpose room.
The property is easily accessible from the road that goes right in front of the entrance, while remaining enclosed by a white stone wall that gives guests the privacy they need. To the south, the house overlooks the countryside, where there is the swimming pool area consisting of a 2x10 m pool, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen and a terrace on which a splendid centuries-old plane tree rests, creating a shaded area.
A PLACE WHERE TIME SEEMS TO STOP
The dominant color is certainly white, which pervades the interior walls, covered with lime, the bathrooms, the rooms and the other rooms. The rooms, all vaulted, create continuous empty spaces that are filled with light, creating an amazing atmosphere thanks to the intertwining of the vaults.
The three cones represent the perfect refuge to spend an unforgettable stay in the heart of Puglia. The structure, equipped with every comfort, offers its guests an unparalleled location immersed in a suggestive landscape, permeated by nature and the scent of the sea.
POSSIBILITY TO RENT THE VILLA FOR EXCLUSIVE USE OR AS B&B ROOMS
The house is rented entirely, for exclusive use as a villa, ma also as a b&b, therefore it is possible to stay overnight, based on availability, in a double room with breakfast included served in the common room/kitchen together with the other guests or with room service.
THE ROOMS
Si tratta di un'ampia triple room with ensuite bathroom, overlooking the courtyard. The name derives from the sacred elements of the local tradition arranged on the walls. The accentuated vaults, the fireplace of the past and the rosaries hanging on the walls are reminiscent of the typical Apulian room.
Si tratta di una camera matrimoniale with attached bathroom, whose entrance is obtained from the large existing fireplace. dthe farmer's room can be accessed con a typical Apulian staircase inside the roof of the villa, where you can admire the three cones of the house. The room overlooks the outdoor patio and the large fig tree.
Si tratta di una camera tripla (composed of double bed and ducchena) of medium size but with a large ensuite bathroom consisting of a large tub and shower. The room si overlooks the external patio of the villa.
