​SECURITY DEPOSIT IN CASE OF RENTING A VILLA FOR EXCLUSIVE USE:

Guests are kindly informed that on the day of the balance of the reservation (i. e. 14 days prior to check-in) a deposit (quantifiable based on the length of stay) must be paid to the property's account (via bank transfer) as a security deposit and will be refunded within 7 days of check-out after ensuring there is no damage to the property.

We only accept payments by bank transfer.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property, while outside it is allowed
Only guests registered at the time of booking are allowed
The property can be used as a location for photo shoots and small events. Such activities are excluded and must be agreed in advance
You can lay out your own linen in the outdoor area, where the wires are used as once
When the house is used as a b&b, guests are not allowed access to the kitchen. You can also use the coffee machine, kettle and fridge to keep your drinks cool. It is not allowed to cook or use the refrigerator to store food which is available only to the housekeeper.
